Refund Policy

- No refunds for: unstable internet, device incompatibility, VPN/proxy interference, or ISP blocking.
- 24-hour test lines and discounted promotional offers are non-refundable once login details are delivered.
2. How to Request
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

- You agree to cooperate fully with our team to verify the fault before any decision is made.
3. Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks
- Contact us first. You agree to reach out to support before opening any dispute with your bank.
- Chargebacks opened while your account is active without prior support contact may be treated as fraudulent.
- In cases of abusive chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend your account and seek recovery of losses.
